We are seeking a
dedicated, customer-focused Main Line Service Advisor
to join our high-performing team. As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience while maximizing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and sales who is looking to grow with a respected, high-performing company.
Responsibilities As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice.
Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs.
Clearly explain services, repairs, and estimates to customers.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.
