This is an hourly position with a flexible full-time schedule averaging 32 hours weekly. Our Accounting Coordinator will work with the Director of Finance on financing duties such as balancing accounts, assisting with guest billing inquiries, working on M3 invoices, and additional tasks. Shifts are available with flexibility Monday through Friday. We offer medical, dental, vision benefits and more for full-time team members.**# **ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTING JOB EXPECTATIONS:*** House account ownership, along with group masters and deposits.* PS balance daily and cash/credit card reconciliation.* M3 invoices month end and prepaids.* Hilton reports reconciliation, audit packs, credit limits.* Paymerang understanding the process and payments and refunds.* Assisting guests with questions on billing and refunds.* Advance Purchase each week.* Coding of bills for M3 for the auditor.* Statements reviewing with M3 each month.* Fintech balance with bank and M3.* AR for PEP posting of Hilton Honor reimbursements.* Tax exempt balance with PS.* Chargeback research and response.* Payroll reports for Managers weekly.# **DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:****Education**: High school diploma or equivalent experience. College degree preferred.**Experience**: Six to twelve months of employment in a related position or office setting with this company or other organizations. Accounting or hospitality experience a bonus.**Skills and Abilities:** Requires having excellent computer and cash handling skills, ability to stand for extended periods of time; present a sociable, outgoing, lively and guest service-oriented demeanor. Ability to adapt to changing guest needs. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests. Ability to learn and use accounting programs as needed.
