Main Duties
Prepare and verify daily reports Compile monthly reports Monitor and reconcile daily general ledger transactions Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts Assist with statutory reporting process Carry out monthly general ledger reconciliations Prepare daily income/sales and journal entries Arrange company documentation (office inter-financial documentation) Provide various accounting support tasks as required Back up for management accounting; shipping managers and administration staff Quality Requirements
Higher education Knowledge of foreign languages (English or Russian) with good writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, especially Excel at a high level) Working experience in a similar position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of accounting computer systems Knowledge of debtors/creditors Familiarity with accounting procedures Strong computer skills Accounting experience and/or qualification preferred Please send your CV to the following email:
