Engage with key stakeholders during MDMP-driven planning conferences, ensuring C-UxS considerations are incorporated into courses of action, war-gaming, and mission analysis. Contribute to the development of operational plans and training events by applying MDMP methodology at the officer level. Assist with preparation of instructor materials (manuals, handouts, workbooks, completion certificates, course evaluation forms). Support training of U.S. and Coalition Forces by conducting needs assessments, curriculum design, and updates to instructional content. Identify vulnerabilities and assess threats posed by UAS/RPV, including TTPs related to reconnaissance and emplacement. Operate multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms, including launch, recovery, pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks. Deploy CONUS and OCONUS, including conflict zones, on short notice to disseminate relevant threat information and support training. Conduct vulnerability site assessments to inform analyst teams on UAS threat employment. Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies for information sharing, trend analysis, and common procedures. Provide technical red-team analysis to identify UAS vulnerabilities and support operational decision-making. Operate independently or in small team environments in dynamic, high-tempo settings. Qualifications

Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Proven ability to apply the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at an officer level, including participation in planning conferences, COA development, and mission briefings. Demonstrated experience instructing diverse audiences in a military training environment. MA/MS with 10 years’ experience; BA/BS with 8+ years; or equivalent combinations (12+ years in lieu of degree). Hands-on experience with commercial off-the-shelf multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms, including operational and hobbyist use. Special Operations / Special Forces or senior combat arms background strongly desired. Experience in pre-deployment training, FTX/VALEX events, or technical exchange exercises. Ability to complete CRC requirements and deploy up to 6 months at a time, rotating with other advisors. FAA Part 107 certification and Amateur Radio Technician License (or ability to obtain). Familiarity with all UxS domains (air, land, maritime) and the ability to fabricate/design from kits or minimal instructions. Strong working knowledge of MDMP, operational planning cycles, and integration of technical enablers into COAs. Excellent communication skills, with ability to brief and advise senior leaders during planning and execution. Proficiency with MS Office and intelligence support tools. Meet all deployment readiness standards and ATP requirements. Comfortable working in joint, interagency, and coalition environments. What You Can Expect

The proposed salary range for this position is: $75,200 - 158,100 USD. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
