Overview
Our client is a Global Real Estate Investment Firm building out their US teams and seeking someone to join their Asset Management Team. This is a newly created role due to growth. This role will work on all asset classes spanning Office, Multi-Family, Industrial, Life Science and more, and will be based in New York City. Responsibilities
Financial modeling, property analysis, and performing due diligence Budgeting and forecasting investments for portfolios focusing on office, industrial, multifamily, and other opportunistic asset classes Support Acquisitions Team structuring which includes investment analysis, financials, entity/partnership structuring Work collaboratively with other colleagues in Investments, Portfolio, and Finance teams and worldwide locations Presentations to C-Suite Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance 2+ to 4 years of Financial Modeling, Real Estate Valuations, Real Estate Investments, IRR, DCF Modeling, Waterfall Structures Argus is a plus Compensation
Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 120,000 plus bonus. Benefits
