About the Role Mills Auto Group is seeking high-performing finance managers to join our growing, privately held auto group with 12 years of successful operation. These coveted positions offer lucrative, performance-driven pay plans, F&I friendly sales processes, and desks designed for success.
Responsibilities
Selling financing & insurance products to customers.
Achieving gross production goals for financial services/products.
Reviewing customer credit applications for completeness.
Utilizing menu selling process 100% of the time.
Ensuring all documentation is complete for each deal.
Maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above standards.
Communicating effectively with the sales team to ensure professional customer handling.
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
Completing and submitting all financial documents where applicable.
Maintaining effective communication within the team.
Promoting outstanding CSI.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience, including secondary financing.
Proven track record of success.
Strong customer satisfaction results.
Team-oriented attitude.
Excellent relationships with financial institutions.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
