As a
UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant , your responsibilities include: Implementing UKG WFM Pro modules such as Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and understanding Boomi integration. Working with top brands across healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries. Managing the full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects or workstreams, including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare. Participating in requirements gathering, workshops, and client meetings. Taking responsibility for deliverables and work effort design. Proactively identifying project issues and proposing solutions. Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' experience with HR and WFM functions & processes 5+ years' experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler/Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and Boomi integration Experience managing the full lifecycle of WFM projects Experience facilitating requirements workshops and meetings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on UKG platforms Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills
External consulting experience Experience with other HRIS implementations Ability to interact at all organizational levels The HRT team
