As a
Wealth Foundations Advisor , you will take ownership of client relationships, drive financial strategies, and execute solutions that help individuals and families achieve their financial goals. You will be at the forefront of financial planning, using best-in-class tools and industry expertise to deliver tailored, results-driven advice. Your Role: Cultivate deep, long-term client relationships by delivering comprehensive financial guidance, including investment analysis, strategic financial planning, tax optimization, charitable giving, and estate strategies. Develop and execute financial plans by analyzing client data, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies for cash flow, investments, and risk management. Deliver insightful recommendations that help clients make informed financial decisions, presenting plans with clarity and confidence. Manage portfolio strategies by monitoring investments, identifying rebalancing opportunities, and optimizing tax efficiency. Own client meetings by crafting agendas, leading discussions, and driving follow-through on key action items. Drive business growth by identifying new planning opportunities, optimizing internal processes, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. Champion client success by proactively seeking ways to enhance their financial journey and delivering a seamless, high-touch advisory experience. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Series 65 required. CFP required or ability to obtain within one year of hire. 3+ years of industry experience in a client facing role working with high-net-worth individuals. Experience with eMoney or other financial planning tools preferred. Highly motivated, the affinity towards a self-starting work environment, and a sense of humor. As an Advisor you will be provided with: A dedicated support ecosystem including estate strategy, investment management, client service, and compliance administration.
