This role is ideal for professionals with public accounting experience, particularly those coming from Big 4 or a similar top-tier firm who have worked closely with clients in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or broader asset management.You will play a key role in supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications, while working closely with the finance and investment teams.**Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare and review periodic fund financial statements and capital account reporting* Assist with NAV calculations, investor allocations, and waterfall models* Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, and tax advisors* Maintain internal records and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting* Support year-end audit and tax processes for multiple fund structures* Assist in enhancing accounting processes, systems, and controls* Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, legal, and operations teams**Qualifications:*** 2-4 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or similar), preferably in financial services* Strong understanding of fund structures, investment partnerships, and capital flows* Experience auditing or servicing private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or similar* CPA or CPA-track preferred but **not required*** Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
