Job Summary Caterpillar is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Lead Functional Analyst to join our Order to Cash (OTC) team. This individual will provide work closely with SAP SD/OTC Architects, Solution Leads, and Strategic Integration partners to help lead successful implementations of technical solutions and major enterprise deployments to support our machine orders business. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase their concentrated and progressive experience specifically in SAP SD module and pricing procedures.
What You Will Do
Deliver SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) solutions aligned with our enterprise template and business objectives.
Offer advanced level technical guidance to SAP SD/OTC support teams and integration partners.
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and mentor junior functional team members with their projects.
Analyze, document, and revise business processes and system logic as needed.
Provide recommendations on order and pricing enhancements to meet business requirements.
Create test plans to ensure quality and efficiency.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing and script sign-off for key releases.
Design and configure pricing procedures, including condition tables and types.
Demonstrate expertise in OTC processes and related business functions.
Advanced problem-solving and excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

System and Technology Integration: Expert knowledge… applications, databases and technology platforms.
Systems Software Infrastructure: Extensive knowledge… fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers and other development tools.
Technical Troubleshooting: Extensive knowledge… hardware, software, application or operation.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Four-year bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution Module specific experience.
Ability to understand complex order scenarios and pricing procedures.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD concepts, including invoices, pricing procedures, sales order conversions, loan processes, system configuration (SPRO), EDI, and other integration methods.
Knowledge of Caterpillar dealer network, facilities, product structure, and machine ordering landscape and logistics.
Ability to read and understand ABAP language.
SAP Certified Associate - Sales.

Summary Pay Range $110,520.00 - $165,840.00
