Plan, model, simulate, design, install, maintain, and manage enterprise network systems. Provide technical and strategic guidance for modernization and optimization of complex network environments. Perform network administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Install, configure, and maintain network software applications and hardware components. Utilize advanced software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues. Ensure network security, compliance, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in
Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics , or a related technical discipline. Equivalent technical training certificate from an accredited institution will be considered. Experience
Network Engineer I:
Minimum of
3 years
of progressively complex experience in network engineering and administration. Network Engineer II:
Minimum of
5 years
of experience managing or leading large-scale network engineering and IT modernization efforts, including at least
2 years of specialized experience
related to network design, planning, or optimization. Certifications
Required: Network Engineer II:
CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ Clearance
Active
Secret clearance
