Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of a project under the leadership of the Senior Architect from project inception to completion.
Preparation, review and approval of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings and submittals to meet contracted scope of work and ensure correct interpretation and application of Design and Drafting Principles.
Perform code reviews.
Engage in business development, helping create proposals and prepare for interviews, finding creative solutions to present to prospective clients and scheduling and breaking down construction costs.
Qualifications
Masters’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience, after licensing, in the building industry.
Licensure in Architecture (NCARB).
Excellent design skills, ensure project detail and plan quality meet Client and project standard.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
Experience with Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective design and seamless collaboration.
