Responsibilities As an experienced engineer, you understand that machine learning is crucial for analyzing large datasets. Your ability to perform statistical analyses using ML techniques makes you essential in delivering customer-focused solutions. We need your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support our client's requirements.
As a machine learning engineer on our mission-driven team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. You’ll lead the development of mission-critical solutions by applying appropriate ML algorithms and integrating cutting-edge technologies. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, solutions architects, and software developers, sharing your knowledge and mentoring others. Your role includes performing A/B testing on models and systems, guiding clients through ML strategies, and solving real-world challenges.
Qualifications You Have:
Experience designing, creating, testing, and deploying AI/ML algorithms to solve business challenges
Experience developing AI/ML models for prediction and decision-making based on client needs
Knowledge of model architecture, data pipelines, and performance metrics
Understanding of application development, infrastructure, data engineering, and governance
Experience with training, deploying, monitoring, and improving models iteratively
Ability to design scalable solutions for optimal performance
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Master's degree in advanced math, AI, data science, or computer science with 10+ years of ML deployment experience, or Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Python, Java, C, and R
Ph.D. in a related field
Clearance:
Top Secret clearance with polygraph required. Applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, experience, and organizational needs. The projected hourly rate is $84.14 to $96.16, reflecting the typical range and total compensation package.
