Perform cleaning procedures required by the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and other required duties to maintain assigned areas and equipment, sanitary and clean. Clean floor drains, hand-wash sinks, overheads, production trash cans, equipment ledges, etc. Complete work orders and logs accurately and promptly. Ensure all chemical containers have proper and legible labels on them. Inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) used for cleaning and report or replace any damaged equipment. Complete special cleaning projects. Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required. Ensure optimum quality products through operation of the filler of various product families following regulatory standards, ensuring the product is clean and sterile. Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line. Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks. Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product. Make adjustments to filler timing and filling, and check mats as needed. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties. Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing. Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced. Perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner. Complete cleaning checklist once the line has completed a run. Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed. Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area. Follow all required work safe practices, including wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc. Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area. Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation $27.00 per hour +$.50 for hours worked between 6pm and 5am Schedule

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 2 am-10 am. Off Monday and Thursday. Benefits
