Architect

Create architectural designs, plans, and technical drawings for educational facilities, high-rise residential buildings, and commercial projects. Develop and coordinate Revit models with structural and MEP disciplines. Lead schematic design, design development, and construction document phases ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements. Perform construction administration including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits. Develop BIM workflows and Revit templates to optimize project efficiency. Create detailed renderings using Twinmotion and other visualization software. Requirements: Master of Science degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related field and one year of experience as Senior Design Manager. Will also accept Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in stated field and 5 years of progressive experience as Senior Design Manager. One year of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, construction administration and sustainable design principles. Job Details
