Manage Projects : Lead water resources projects from planning through design and delivery. Manage People : Supervise and mentor technical staff. Win Work : Build client relationships and pursue new opportunities. Do the Work : Provide hands-on technical design and engineering expertise. What You Bring
6-10+ years of experience in water resources or civil infrastructure. PE license (Missouri or ability to obtain). Strong design experience across a variety of project types. ESOP Culture : Owner after 1 year — Shares are gifted annually; last year's ESOP contribution was ~11% of gross salary.
