Overview
Union Bear Brewing Co. is interviewing for an Assistant Brewer for our Denton, TX location. We have a 30 BBL brewhouse and double batch into 60s. Expected production for 2025 is 4500 BBLs. Responsibilities
Brewing the second batch of a double batch which is 2-3 times per week. Maintain hours: roughly 9-5 on brew days; non-brew days typically 6am-2pm. CIP/SIP FVs and BBTs, Yeast Management, Milling In, Grain Out. Perform duties typical for an assistant brewer at this size brewery. Occasional weekend work such as beer fests and community events. Qualifications
2+ years brewing experience. Team minded and self-driven. Ability to lift 50 lbs+. Strong time management skills. Compensation & Benefits
