PCA has an experienced team of over 40 people across eight offices in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East who have collectively worked on over 300 fundraises since 2010 across a wide array of private equity fundraisings. PCA has recently integrated with the broader Capital Solutions team to provide a comprehensive suite of offerings across both private and public markets – including Credit Solutions and Market Advisory, Equity Capital Solutions (encompassing Secondaries, Directs / Co-investments), GP Advisory, and Primary Capital Advisory.**Scope**As part of the Primary Capital Advisory project management team, you will be involved in:* Supporting active fundraising processes, including investor tracking, briefing notes, data management, and coordination of client communications* Assisting in the preparation of core fund marketing materials and customized analytical outputs* Conducting research and market analyses to support strategic positioning of clients within the alternative asset landscape* Preparation of due diligence materials and responses to information requests from prospective investors* Contributing to the preparation of pitch materials and related analyses for new business development opportunities* Supporting internal due diligence and evaluation of new client opportunities as part of the group’s approval process* Maintaining and updating the group’s CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information capture across current and prospective mandates**Qualifications**The ideal candidate is a highly motivated graduating senior (Class of 2026) with a strong academic record, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in private market fundraising and capital advisory. While teamwork is central to the group’s success, curiosity, initiative, and independent thinking are also encouraged.* Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in any discipline* Demonstrated interest in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory through internships or coursework* Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a polished and professional presentation style* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products* Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative while working collaboratively within a close-knit team* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Genuine curiosity about the private equity industry, fundraising processes, and investor dynamics**Compensation and Benefits**Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
