The Administrator - (Port Processing) Accounting position is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of Revenue and Cost of the Port Processing Business. This position must acquire understanding of the Business and work collaboratively with various departments to provide meaningful analysis of P&L, Variance Analysis, and Port result analysis. Responsibilities

Month End Closing and Financial Reporting Assist in preparing and reviewing accuracy of invoices and rates Utilize service completion data to determine revenue and cost accruals for month-end closing, with thorough reconciliation Working closely with the Manager in ensuring the monthly closing results with accounting principles Overseeing and validating journal entries and transactions transmitted from operation system Investigating the discrepancy and reconciliations of general ledger balances including accounting transactions and accruals Assist in conducting financial analysis and fluctuation analyses Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Accrual items and Accrual agings Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items from the previous accounting periods Maintain accuracy in analysis by regularly tracking various metrics such as arrival, tender, allocation, shipment, and port stock transfer, alongside headcount, work hours, and workstation utilization Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and analyzing trends Suggest better solutions to the management for increasing accuracy and efficiency Team Collaboration and Management Support Work with the Financial Analysis Team and provide assistance to resolve invoice issues Ensure the team's adherence to established processes and deadlines Assist in preparing financial analysis including results variances of revenue and costs Analyze contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition in adherence to company policies and accounting standards Provide support in Quarterly and Yearly KPMG audit Reconciled the transactions by auditing transactions Support the Manager with annual and quarterly SOX audits with ICFR team, providing necessary documentation and explanation related to control processes and financial reporting Other duties as assigned Compensation

Good accounting knowledge and background Required Proficient with PC skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, PowerBI, and other database systems Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Detail-oriented and organized Required Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree Required 5-8 Years of Direct Experience in Accounting or Finance Required 8-10 Years of Direct Experience in Accounting or Finance Preferred Physical Requirements

Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing Lift up to 20lbs Carry up to 20lbs Stand/walk Working and Environmental Conditions
