Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant I to join our Accounting team. This entry-level professional role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and accounts payable/receivable. The Accountant I plays an essential role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports.**Key Responsibilities:** **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls. **Administrative Tasks:** Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, such as organizing files, preparing routine reports, and completing additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant coursework or formal training in accounting principles is required. **Experience:** 2 plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred; internship experience in accounting is a plus. **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in data entry.
