We are looking for a Process Safety Advisor in Sabine Pass, TX who will embed a strong safety culture through targeted training, field engagement, structured risk analysis, and leadership coaching. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training materials for in‑person sessions and computer‑based training (CBT) platforms. Facilitate process safety training for Operations personnel across all shifts, including field and control room teams. Conduct tailored training for Maintenance teams focused on hazard scenarios and safeguard awareness. Support and train Critical Safeguard (CSG) owners to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Develop and deliver leadership‑focused training modules to enhance process safety ownership. Facilitate leadership workshops and one‑on‑one coaching to build confidence in leading safety conversations. Perform risk screening for new and modified processes, projects, and operational changes. Lead or support structured risk assessments (Scenario‑Based, What‑If, Checklist, LOPA, Bowtie) to identify hazards and evaluate safeguards. Participate in HAZOP studies, providing technical insight and ensuring alignment with process safety standards. Collaborate with Engineering and Projects to integrate risk mitigation strategies into design and execution. Develop and deploy field‑facing materials (posters, bowtie visualizations, digital signage, branded safety collateral) to reinforce hazard scenario awareness. Lead field walks and coaching sessions with site leadership to promote active safety engagement and hazard recognition. Qualifications

Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or equivalent Process Safety discipline. 5+ years of relevant industry experience in process safety. Knowledgeable in petrochemical industry and regulatory requirements. Preferred competency in consequence modeling tools (e.g., PHAST). Valid TWIC card. Other Information
