is seeking a driven Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and elevate our shared services Accounts Receivable function. This is a key leadership role within our finance team, responsible for driving excellence in receivables management and contributing to broader accounting initiatives. The position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA, at Kent Corporation HQ, 2905 U.S. Highway 61 North, Muscatine, IA 52761, USA. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee routine department activities such as customer invoice processing and short payment clearing Ensuring timely generation of customer invoice processing and resolution of customer issues Hiring, training, and evaluating Accounts Receivable staff members Responsible for accurate maintenance of customer master data Assist with subsidiaries month-end close Serve as corporate credit card program administrator Ensure compliance to GAAP regulations related to accruals Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, i.e. RINS reporting, use tax reporting Other duties as assigned EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred Knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated skills in Excel including pivot tables Demonstrated abilities in analysis and business decision making TRAVEL EXPECTED: >10% Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred, knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated skills in Excel including pivot tables, and demonstrated abilities in analysis and business decision making.
