Role Summary We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Strongsville Branch (18380 Royalton Road, Strongsville, OH 44136). Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Responsibilities
Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone Run a teller window Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's) Resolve customer issues on the platform Assist in all areas of the branch Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high-volume cashing-handling experience Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus Third Federal Perks & Benefits
