Powerback Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies to help older adults stay active and thrive, and offers therapy for children at home and in school. With over 38 years of trusted service, we deliver care in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. Responsibilities
Title: Physical Therapist Assistant
Location/Environment: In facility
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Rehab
Implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to patients.
Address the whole patient, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities.
Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide high-quality care in a caring and compassionate atmosphere for patients and families.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
