$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr About the Opportunity: Our client, a respected family office model firm in the Sarasota area, is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join their team. This is a key client-facing role, working directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on a wide range of planning and advisory matters. The position offers the opportunity to partner closely with firm leadership, contribute to the continued growth of the business, and gain hands-on experience in complex client situations. Role & Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored planning and relationship management Develop and implement strategies in areas including estate, tax, investment, retirement, and charitable planning Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (attorneys, CPAs, etc.) to support client objectives Participate in client meetings, reviews, and ongoing communication Support the firm’s business development efforts through relationship cultivation and high-quality service Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, planning strategies, and regulatory developments Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking Strong background working with high-net-worth clients and families Professional designation such as CFP, CPA, or similar preferred Skilled communicator with a client-first mindset Comfortable working in a boutique, collaborative environment Ability to manage both technical planning and relationship development What Our Client Offers: Close collaboration with senior leadership and decision-makers Meaningful involvement in client strategy and long-term planning Opportunity to grow within a respected, privately held firm Competitive compensation and benefits Seniority level
