Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and cultural programs.
Ensure proper communication of policies and updates to employees.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Assist in handling labour law compliances and liaison with government authorities.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Arrange skill development, product knowledge, and soft-skill training sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
Coordinate performance review meetings and maintain related records.
HR Administration
Maintain HRMIS/employee database with updated records.
Handle exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlement.
Prepare HR-related MIS reports for management.
