Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. You will use your knowledge of home lending products to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, while the Home Lending team provides support with demonstrated expertise. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase financial products. You will have an opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact on our business. Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell programs, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts). Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, functioning within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Builds a role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer’s financial needs and goals. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of real estate market in local area Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors to determine financial responsibility and fitness for the position. Felony convictions within the last seven years will disqualify a candidate. Continued employment requires compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements. The role requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act. Upon active employment, you must register or update your NMLS record to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase. Your continued employment requires compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration after start date and annual renewals.
