Ingersoll Rand’s IR Next Program will provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments in a variety of finance functional areas, leadership training, and valuable exposure to our businesses and our company's senior leaders. Through functional rotations and experience in multiple business locations, selected candidates will be able to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Ingersoll Rand.
The IR Next program is a 24-month rotational program that offers candidates who have recently obtained their Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (or other related field) exposure to a variety of assignments, which could include: Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management, and Treasury.
Successful Candidate’s Profile:
We are looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. A successful IR Next candidate will exhibit the following: Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field completed by June 2026, or 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2025 and June 2026 Related majors include: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration Have completed, or plan to complete, accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or college/university equivalent) Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above Experience
Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in the manufacturing industry preferred Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization Additional Requirements
Available to start the program Summer 2026 Ability and willingness to relocate to any Ingersoll Rand location, up to two times, over the duration of the program Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program Ingersoll Rand is committed to achieving workforce diversity reflective of our communities.
