CFC has a need for a Records Management Associate to join the Legal Services Group team. The Records Management Associate maintains the company records in compliance with Record Management Policies, Practices, Procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Responsibilities
Scan, index, and track all legal and non-legal documents relating to loan activity, in various Record Management Systems. Maintain the Records Room by cataloguing all records into a corporate records management tracking system, preparing records for offsite archiving, assisting in the destruction of records which meet retention guidelines and retrieval of on-site records as requested. Document all Legal Hold notifications. Manage off-site records through inventory and retrieval of off-site records as requested. Special projects as needed. Qualifications
Two plus years of records management experience working in a financial or banking environment. High School diploma required. Document management of loan activity is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Strong team orientation, but able to operate independently when needed. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use standard office equipment. Ability to learn new software applications. Ability to complete tasks with high level of accuracy. Able to move/transport file storage boxes up to 50 pounds. Able to lift boxes to place on shelves or carts. Able to use hand trucks and carts for box movement. Benefits
