Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by generating new leads and maintaining relationships with current clients.
Provide education and consulting on captive insurance to clients and partners.
Support and participate in captive meetings and initiatives.
Build and coach high-performing teams through influence and accountability.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Experience in sales, preferably in commercial property casualty insurance.
State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
