5 years

of experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.

At least

3 years

in a Sales Support / Client Engagement Role for deployments, RFP, SOW, and sales presentation creation.

At least

3 years

of Salesforce development and implementation experience, including Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.

Experience in CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years on Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

Understanding of the development lifecycle, deployment, and packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.

Knowledge of best practices for coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration, and security.

Experience with Force.com Integration Technologies (WebServices, 3rd Party tools like CastIron/Boomi) for integration with systems like Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.

Understanding of governor limits and experience implementing SOAP/REST web services.

Development of Web Services classes on Force.com and WSDL generation.

Proficiency in Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, JQueries for complex business requirements.

Familiarity with SOSL, SOQL, workflows, and tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.

Migration experience from Sandbox to Production, customization of reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.

Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Experience with Salesforce configuration activities including workflow rules, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, approval processes, and process builder.

Skills in custom reporting, page/view/dashboards modification, and translating user requirements into Salesforce configurations.

Ability to work independently and in teams, with good communication skills.

Platform certifications: Dev1/2 or DEV 501 preferred.

Experience with API implementation, Single Sign-On, and Java is a plus.

Functional Role:

At least

5 years

translating functional requirements into technical solutions, developing strategies, and demonstrating solutions.

At least

3 years

in sales support/client engagement roles.

Knowledge of Salesforce products like Wave Analytics and Lightning.

Experience working in diverse stakeholder environments and global delivery.

Understanding of market and technology trends, and experience in management consulting with travel willingness.

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Dev1/2, or DEV 501.
