About the Role This Property Administrator position will work on an Office portfolio with maximum emphasis on constructive, positive support to the concerns of the tenants, while supporting two property managers through the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Involved in the administration of commercial real estate leases including abstracting, file management, correspondence, and tenant communications. Assist in the escalation process and the collection of rents. Assist in the coordination of tenant maintenance issues, requests, and associated contracts. Assist Property Manager(s) in collection, analysis and reporting of data and information, i.e., monthly, and quarterly reporting. Initial point of contact for vendor and tenant inquiries. Assist in completion of paperwork for new property and tenant set-ups, i.e., utility, vendor agreement, charge forms and address changes. Other portfolio support duties as required. Qualifications 2-4 years of commercial real estate accounting and/or commercial property management experience. Office experience preferred. Experience using MRI/ Accounting software required. Must possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with Legal documents, Commercial Leases, Real Estate Tax Statements, Closing Statements. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Current real estate license, BOMA, IREM, or CCIM designations are a plus. Pay range and compensation package We will offer a competitive package based on experience and qualifications.
