JOB PURPOSE:
The Finance Analyst provides, oversight, and accountability for the fiscal operations of a Disaster Case Management (DCM) grant serving survivors of FEMA-designated disasters. This position ensures compliance with FEMA financial guidelines, government funding requirements, and 2 CFR 200 (OMB Uniform Guidance), while providing accurate reporting of the efficient use of program financial resources. The Finance Analyst reconciles financial data, prepares billing, and ensures all fiscal activities meet federal audit and compliance standards. This position will be Hybrid, working from our physical offices in San Antonio as well as from your home. On our grant this position will align to the position titled
"Finance Manager" ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. EXPERIENCE: 3+ years financial analysis/billings experience. Direct experience with FEMA financial guidelines, federal cost principles (2 CFR 200), and government funding compliance strongly preferred. Experience in grant-funded programs strongly preferred. ATTENDANCE:
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES:
Driver's License with clear record. OTHER:
Must pass criminal background checks; must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
