Position Overview

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Life and Health license (must have currently) Sales experience preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL. Our office is open 9am -6pm Monday to Friday & 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. I have been a State Farm agent since 2005. I am a proud graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet Additional languages spoken: Spanish and French
