Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the crypto sector or traditional financial services. What You’ll Do: Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including cash, payroll, fixed assets, and prepaids Prepare reconciliations for corporate balances Analyze legal entity results for service entities Assist with intercompany eliminations and consolidations Collaborate with departments to investigate, reconcile, and record entries Participate in projects like acquisitions and restructures Coordinate with FP&A and SEC reporting teams Manage audit requests for various entities What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience Experience maintaining books for banks or financial institutions Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel Ability to innovate and improve processes Self-starter with curiosity, comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments Problem-solving skills in a high-growth setting Attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Bonus Points: CPA certification Degree with strong academic record and analytical skills Multitasking ability across projects Experience in public accounting Familiarity with NetSuite Knowledge of cryptocurrency What We Offer: Competitive salary and discretionary bonus Flexible Time Off and unlimited vacation Paid holidays and sick leave Health benefits for employees and dependents 3% 401(k) contribution Virtual coaching via Headspace Learning opportunities in crypto In-office snacks Collaborative and innovative colleagues Employee Resource Groups Apply now to join our mission to reshape the economy.
