Reporting To Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager
Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Greet prospects, conduct tour paths, showcase units, follow up via phone/email/text, meet leasing goals and occupancy targets.
Vacant Unit & Move‑In Readiness
- Maintain ready units, perform walkthroughs, coordinate maintenance for make‑ready, schedule move‑ins/outs, and complete signing.
Application & Compliance
- Process rental applications within 72 hours, verify credit/rental history, adhere to Fair Housing/ADA/local regulations, notify applicants, execute lease documents accurately.
Resident Relations
- Assist move‑in process, respond to inquiries and service requests, support retention and renewal, participate in resident events.
Marketing & Outreach
- Implement marketing campaigns, maintain online listings and social media, track traffic sources and conversion ratios, build relationships with local businesses.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage leasing files, produce occupancy reports, collect payments, support office operations and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
Prior leasing, sales or customer service experience (multifamily preferred).
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Team‑player with a positive, professional attitude.
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, holidays).
Proficiency with property management software (Resman) preferred.
