We are now seeking candidates for the position of
AP/AR/GL Accountant
to join our team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects. We are open to candidates at different levels, starting with
1 year of experience
in AP/AR and
2 years of experience
in GL. All applications are welcome! What you will be working on: Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL)
domain, depending on project needs. Participation in various types of projects, including process improvements and system implementations. GL:
Execution of general ledger accounting operations, process advisory, proposing improvement opportunities, preparing process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix), and supporting process transitions. AP:
Processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, clearing GRIR items, contacting vendors, supporting month-end closing, and participating in process improvements. AR:
Invoicing, customer account reconciliation, cash allocation, customer interactions, and month-end closing support. AP Specialist:
Strong experience in
Cash Application analysis
is a key requirement. What we are looking for: Previous experience in at least one of the following areas:
AP, AR, or GL GL:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in General Accounting / General Ledger domain. AP/AR:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. Good command of
English , another language will be considered an advantage. Excellent
analytical skills
and familiarity with
MS Excel . Experience working with at least one
ERP system
(e.g., SAP). Adaptability and ability to work in a changing business environment. Experience in
process transition
or
improvement initiatives
will be an asset. Financial or business educational background
would be an advantage. Ability to work in a dynamic
