SOLANA FOUNDATION
About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to own the day-to-day backbone of Coinflow’s finance function. You’ll manage expenses, reconciliation, invoices, and bookkeeping with precision, ensuring our financial records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience who thrives in an operational role, enjoys building process discipline, and wants exposure to the unique challenges of a high-growth fintech. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to implement best practices in reporting, compliance, and GAAP accounting — while replacing our external bookkeeping function and bringing it in-house.
What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Manage vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and bill payments
Track customer invoicing and collections in coordination with the sales team
Ensure approvals and payments are completed on schedule
Bookkeeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate transaction records in accounting systems
Support month-end close and reconciliations across bank accounts and credit cards
Assist in preparing financial reports for leadership and tax compliance
Support Finance Strategy
Provide day-to-day operational data to support budgeting and forecasts
Help implement internal controls and standardized finance processes
Work under the guidance of the Finance Manager on reporting standards and GAAP compliance
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or finance operations
Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Highly detail-oriented and organized — accuracy is second nature
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (vendors, employees, tax advisors)
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of Coinflow’s finance team
