Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join their dynamic and high-performing Real Estate group in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior partners and top-tier clients on complex, high-value real estate transactions across the U.S. and internationally. You’ll be trusted with early responsibility, enjoy direct client interaction, and play a pivotal role on deal teams. Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower-side finance, and development transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate key transactional documents, including joint venture agreements and loan agreements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage deal flow efficiently and effectively. Support clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects, including structuring, negotiation, and execution. Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 3–7 years of experience in real estate transactional work at a leading law firm. Strong drafting skills and ability to manage complex deal documentation with minimal supervision. Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing. Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills. Compensation & Benefits
