Overview
Seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for Amazon/online business. We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other marketplaces. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations and help maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks and Sellercloud. This position plays a critical role in reconciling marketplace settlements, tracking inventory and expenses, and maintaining financial transparency across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded and analyzed.
Responsibilities
Enter daily invoices from vendors and verify pricing for discrepancies
Reconcile inventory value in QuickBooks
Run bi-weekly payroll
Apply payments received from Amazon and other marketplaces to QuickBooks
Enter Amazon Settlements into QuickBooks
Review Amazon settlement line items for accuracy and discrepancies
Track Amazon FBA shipments and file for reimbursements on missing units
Open cases with Amazon for high FBA fees, lost goods, or settlement issues
Ensure item-level expenses are accurately reflected reports
Apply all operational expenses and bills into QuickBooks
Monitor payments made and track bills/credits with vendors
Provide monthly financial reporting:
Profit & Loss statements
Inventory value reports
Inventory loss reports (refunds, liquidations, etc.)
Monitor credit card charges and flag anomalies or new charges
Maintain QuickBooks dashboard for a clear view of company health
Track open credit lines and chargebacks issued to vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory reconciliation
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, settlements, and case management
Familiarity with Sellercloud or similar inventory/operations systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
