Accounts Receivable Specialist , you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth financial operations and first-class customer support. You’ll dive into the details of account resolution, cash application, and collections — and your proactive, solution-oriented approach will help keep financial engine running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accurately apply daily cash receipts Proactively review accounts and coordinate timely payment resolutions Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve collection issues Partner with our Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts Facilitate invoice dispute resolution Escalate issues when necessary to speed up collection efforts Support other teams and projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of experience in cash application, banking, or accounting Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Detail-oriented with solid math and problem-solving abilities Confident, assertive, and ready to collaborate Comfortable using Excel, Word, and financial software (experience with Microsoft Great Plains, Salesforce, Sage 300, etc. is a plus)
What To Expect
Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Friendly, fast-paced office environment
