JOB SUMMARY
Assists with transactional, budget, and analytical support with moderate supervision. Supports preparation of special projects, presentations and provides technical expertise regarding financial activities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide transactional and analytical support for assigned functions or departments. Supports preparation of annual and monthly financial and operational reports for assigned functions or departments. Supports preparation of presentations and does ad hoc analysis for management. Assists in coordination, preparation, and analytical review of the University’s monthly financial report. Insures compliance with Federal and State UT System rules and regulations. Provides productivity and metric data for management. Provides financial information which enables management to make inform long term and short-term decisions. Adheres to appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. Performs other related duties as required. EQUIPMENT

Standard office environment Security clearance is required; pre-employment drug testing is also required. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
