What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to reinforce the Supply Chain Systems and Governance team. As a Business Analyst you will act as the liaison between the different supply chain functions (Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics…) and our solution providers to deploy process capabilities. This Senior/Staff position will be assigned complex and integrated processes (such as MRP, MRO (Spares and distribution), supplier integrations.) and will lead Supply Chain compliance programs to external regulations (FAA, SEC, International trade…) and internal requirements. This position will also contribute greatly to the establishment of the business process analysis framework at Archer
Responsibilities
Partners with process owners, key users, solutions architects, and subject matter experts to collect, understand challenges and opportunities for process improvements and new capabilities requirements.
Contributes to the strategic capabilities roadmap definition, with a key ability to formulate business cases (cost benefits analysis) , prioritize, advocate or comprise
Leads the functional analysis for supply chain business processes (Sourcing, Purchasing, Demand and Material Planning, Logistics operations…). Responsible for requirements elicitation, functional specifications, process modeling (AS IS and TO BE, diagrams, use cases, user stories…), validation planning (test case definition), functional testing (qualification
Assists in deployment of new capabilities (communications, training material, hypercare support)
Leads the business processes documentation to support the Archer Quality Management Systems and Learning content maintenance
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience (Business (Process) Analysis, Business Process Management, Continuous improvement, Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply chain or Industrial Engineering or IT
Master’s degree to be considered as 1 year of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in business process continuous improvement as business analyst or subject matter expert
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, especially in core supply chain processes (Master data, Purchasing, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Production and Material Planning)
Proficiency in process and business objects modeling (BPMN, EPC, UML…)
Experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik Sense. Ability to perform data analysis using SQL on complex data models as needed. May build dashboards/reports within the reports environment to support project delivery requirements
Experience in creating training materials to support new capabilities deployment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
Highly organized with an strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem-solving and, attention to details skills
Bonus Qualifications
APICS/ASCM certification or similar
Business Analysis certification (PMI, IIBA…or equivalent)
Supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Industry with complex Bill of Material (especially with configuration management)
Master Data Management or Data Governance certification
Experience with PLM and MES systems
Experience in using and developing collaborative Workflow solutions (JIRA, OnBase…)
Experience in developing automated solutions on office applications (Google, MS Office) using VBA, Apps scripts or similar

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $101,760 - $140,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
