We’re currently searching for a Staff Accountant to support the Finance and Accounting team in overseeing AR, EOM Entries, and P&L Closings.

Responsibilities
Audit Executive Checks, Petty Cash, and Adjustment reports daily and distribute to the Guidance Team.
Compile and distribute hotel Cash Over/Short reports and balance credit card ledgers.
Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received in outlets and by Front Desk.
Assist with invoice processing and matching PO’s to invoices for processing.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Achieve and exceed goals including performance, budget, and team goals.
Monitor all applicable taxes to ensure they are current, collected and/or accrued.
Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets.
Qualifications
Passionate about numbers with 2–4 years of experience in a similar function.
A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.

Compensation $35 per hour
