Job Description Business Transformation is a global team that partners with multiple Asset Management business lines to deliver both global and regional change initiatives. Projects originate from priorities established by the Asset Management Operating Committee, commercial opportunities, or from the need to anticipate and respond to significant industry or regulatory developments. The team works closely with senior stakeholders and collaborates across a wide range of business lines and functions to drive impactful change throughout Asset Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with business teams to design, enhance, and implement scalable operating models aligned with strategic business initiatives and regulatory requirements

Ensure timely delivery and smooth transition of initiatives into business ownership

Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders, ensuring change objectives are tracked and met

Prepare essential project documentation, including initiation, requirements, plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews

Undertake complex business analysis and present recommendations to senior level project sponsors

Coordinate with stakeholders to secure approval of operating model designs prior to launch

Escalate and resolve key decisions to overcome project roadblocks

Manage business communications and training to support project rollout and closure

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience ideally within a project-based or business analysis role

Strong project management skills across planning, stakeholder engagement, requirements, solution development, risk management, and implementation

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including change management, business, and vendors

Proven ability to produce project documentation and uphold project governance and familiarity with project or product management tools and agile methodologies

Skilled in translating requirements into solution designs and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver successful outcomes

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal abilities with stakeholders across all levels

Highly collaborative and ability to work successfully in a fast, team-based environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, performing process improvement, data manipulation leveraging Alteryx, and/or Python, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), project management certification (PMP) and asset management knowledge
