Tax Partner , you will:
Lead and manage tax engagements Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the firm's operations Develop and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and participate in the growth and development of team members Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's reach Confirm the satisfaction and retention of key accounts Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and professional standards Provide high-level strategic, financial, and business advice Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA certification Ten or more years of related experience working with small businesses and high net worth clients Previous experience with trust returns preferred Leadership or partner-level experience Business development experience Exceptional communication skills Extensive knowledge of tax regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software packages Enjoy the great benefits at Hawkins Ash CPAs such as generous PTO, 401k match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, wellness programs, flexible work-life balance, and
