Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Able to learn computer functions Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must have currently) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

About Our Agency
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in the city of Lake Park, Fl.. Our office is open M-F, 9-5 and Saturdays by appointment. I have been a State Farm agent since 1989. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a proud graduate of F.A.U.. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and National Quality Award Additional languages spoken: Spanish
