Assist in overseeing the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, preparing journal entries, and the month-end and year-end close process Maintain and perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP, such as credit card receivables, cash, other assets and liabilities, etc. Consistently review schedules for unusual items or potential aged items and perform investigation and research to determine proper accounting treatment Assist in day-to-day accounting, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects as needed Working cross functionally within accounting and other operational teams to ensure data quality and consistency. Assist in the development and maintenance of internal control documentation in compliance with SOX Streamline financial reporting processes to meet evolving business needs. Support and assist Inventory, Accounts Payable, Customer Service as needed. -Assist with internal and external audit requests
