We are seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our dynamic team at our Sterling and Shelby locations. Position Overview

Our agents exclusively market State Farm insurance and financial service products, and we are looking for energetic team members to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support as needed. Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options. Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
