**Job Posting:**## About the Role## Key Responsibilities**Hours 8am - 4:30pm with overtime as needed**In the role of a DC Admin/Reconciliation Associate, your responsibilities will include:* Perform daily inventory reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies between system records and physical stock.* Investigate causes of inventory variances (e.g., receiving errors, mispicks, shrinkage) and recommend corrective action.* Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all inventory adjustments in compliance with internal policies.* Assist in identifying trends or recurring issues and support initiatives to improve inventory control processes.* Respond to customer service requests related to inventory issues, including missing items, incorrect shipments, and stock availability.* Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.## QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:* Proven experience in reconciliation or a related field* Analytical, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with high accuracy* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel* Excellent communication skillsAt Ferguson Enterprises, we are devoted to nurturing a work environment where you can prosper.
